The Terms say the site is operated by Jeulia Limited⁵ — the company behind the Jeulia jewelry brand. She Said Yes publishes no business address, and asks customers not to send returns to the address printed on the parcel³; it has no stores⁴ and names no owners or managers^1,5. The domain was first registered in 1997 and now sits with a Chinese registrar¹¹. There are versions of the site for the UK, Germany, France, Japan and Hong Kong⁷.

Returns, resizing & cancellations

You can return a piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered and with its tag³ — but because everything is made to order, She Said Yes deducts a 30% ‘workforce fee’ and a material recycling fee from the refund^3,4. Exchanges and resizing cost 20% of the order price³. For US orders it reimburses up to $30 of return shipping as store credit; international buyers pay it themselves³. A missing moissanite report costs another 5%³, and flash-sale and sample-sale items can’t be returned at all³. Refunds are processed within five days of arrival, to your card or as store credit³.

Orders go into production six hours after payment; cancelling later costs 15%³. Buying several pieces to compare and return the rest isn’t allowed⁴.

Each piece is made to order in 7–9 working days, then takes 7–10 business days to reach the US⁶. Shipping is free to the US and about 30 countries⁶, by DHL or FedEx with an adult signature⁴. The policies don’t mention insurance^3,4,5,6, and the Terms say there’s no refund for a parcel lost after delivery or because of a wrong address⁵. International buyers pay duties — and may pay them again each time a ring crosses the border for service⁶.

Warranty & aftercare

The one-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and pieces damaged in the first 30 days are replaced free⁸. In that first year you also get free cleaning, inspection and polishing, and one rhodium re-plating⁸. It excludes normal wear, prong wear, impact damage, lost stones, loss or theft⁸, is for the original buyer only⁸, and you pay to send the piece in; the return trip is free for warranty repairs⁸.

A replica to try at home costs $109².

Moissanite comes with a moissanite report³, but none of the pages we read mentions an IGI or GIA report for lab-grown diamonds^2,3,4, or an appraisal^2,3,4,8. The brand says it uses only recycled precious metals¹ — its own claim.
