Unlike previous years, this time the ornaments were packaged in cardboard boxes instead of the cherished hard cases I’ve grown accustomed to. I’d gladly pay extra for the hard case if it was an option.

Moreover, I noticed a shift in the ornament designsÑthey seemed more repetitive, especially with four similar angel ornaments now in my collection. In previous years, each ornament felt distinct and individual, adding to the charm of the collection.

I made purchases in mid-December with the expectation of receiving them in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the item ordered on the 17th arrived in early January, missing the holiday deadline. Even more disappointing was the item ordered on the 12th, which hadn’t arrived by February 5th despite numerous emails to customer service. Despite being advertised as UK-based, the customer service seemed to be located in Thailand, and their responsiveness was lacking.

After reaching out on January 7th and receiving a response on January 21st promising an investigation, it wasn’t until January 28th that they informed me UPS was now involved in the investigation. Eventually, the issue was escalated to customer service in Denmark, who took responsibility by resending the item. I appreciated their effort in resolving the matter and their gesture of calling to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I absolutely adore everything you offer. If I had more money, I’d happily spend all my days in your shop! Thank you for your hard work, and I hope you have a fantastic day!
