I’ve placed two orders that were both cancelled. Items that are out of stock shouldn’t be available for purchase.

The item I ordered never arrived. When I contacted the company, they informed me that it was out of stock and unfortunately, my money was not refunded.

I placed my order two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I got a notification that it was shipped on March 23rd, but I haven’t received any updates since then.

However, as mid-December approaches, I still haven’t received the package. Despite multiple emails, I haven’t heard from their customer service, and the tracking service has been unhelpful in locating the package, if it was even sent at all. It’s disheartening to receive an email asking about my satisfaction with the purchase, as it seems like an expensive method to grab attention.
