I placed my order on 5/26 and patiently waited despite one item being repeatedly backordered, first until 6/13 and then 7/14. It was confusing why the available pendant wasn’t shipped promptly. I had ordered in advance for a Father’s Day gift. After emailing, one pendant arrived on 6/25, but surprisingly, both were in the shipment. It was puzzling if both were actually available the whole time, leaving me waiting unnecessarily.

The ring itself is great, but I wasn’t thrilled with the packaging. It felt a bit excessive and not very environmentally friendly. A simpler, easily recyclable paper or cardboard box (or no box at all) would have been preferable over the glossy-coated material used.
