Its contact page lists 11870 Santa Monica Blvd #106422, Los Angeles⁹, and the FAQ calls it ‘a small business based in LA’ that ships from Hawaii and California¹; its Facebook page lists Honolulu¹⁸, and its terms are governed by Hawaii law¹⁰. Returns go to Surfers Jewelry Returns, c/o Qerrius, in Glendale, California³. Pieces are ‘handmade by skilled artisans in PRC’⁴. The brand says it’s a member of 1% for the Planet and gives 1% of annual sales to environmental nonprofits such as Coral Gardeners¹.

Returns & exchanges

Surfers Jewelry doesn’t refund a change of mind to your card. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for an exchange — for US orders only — or store credit, for unworn pieces in their original packaging³, and credit can be reduced or refused if a piece shows wear³. Store credit comes as an e-gift card for the value of the items, minus the original shipping, and never expires³; an exchange can be for another size, color or style, and you pay any price difference³. You pay to ship the return back, with or without Checkout+, and on an exchange you also pay shipping on the replacement³; a return that never arrives can’t be processed, so a tracked service is recommended³. The terms of service and the FAQ give the same rules^1,10, and product pages say ‘Exchanges or store credit’⁴.

Your money does come back for an item that arrives damaged, defective or wrong: a replacement or a refund including original shipping, if you report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo³. Made-to-order sweatshirts and caps, items marked final sale and gift cards can’t be returned at all³.

Warranty & care

The Lifetime Color Warranty promises that the finish and color plating won’t fade, tarnish or wear off under normal use for the life of the product; if it does, Surfers Jewelry replaces the piece once with the same or a comparable item at no charge⁷. What Surfers Jewelry sells & what it costs

Its jewelry is stainless steel, with the gold pieces PVD-plated in 14K or 18K gold¹. Product pages say so plainly — ‘Stainless steel plated in real 14K gold (silver option is stainless steel)’^4,13 — but we found no plating thickness on the pages we checked^{1,4,13,14,15,16}. Stones are named for what they are: CZ in the marquise pieces, ‘genuine freshwater pearls’, and glass beads alongside the pearls on a rainbow necklace^14,15,16. There are no diamonds in its product feed^{2,4,13,14,15,16}.

Its product feed lists 65 products: bracelets, including its Hair-tie Hider Cuff Bracelet, necklaces, earrings, rings and sets, plus surf stickers and a gift card^2,8. Stickers cost $5, most jewelry $35 to $75, and sets up to $199²; the Dome Ring, for example, is $35.00⁴. Rings come in set sizes — 5 to 9 on the freshwater pearl ring¹⁵.
