The user definitely does not plan to sell with them again and does not recommend them to anyone who wishes to receive a fair price for their items.

Their lack of communication and actions feel like a scam. I demand immediate payment of my money and the return of my jacket. They cannot keep my jacket for two months. They are responsible for reimbursing me $1500 for the damages caused. If they do not take responsibility, I will take legal action. Pay me my $1500 without delay.

Update: On 1/11, I noticed a response from LC on Trustpilot. After searching my spam folder, I discovered a reply sent on 1/4. Despite emailing CS on 1/5 and 1/8 to follow up, I received no response to my inquiries. In their reply, the team stated that the Loewe puzzle bag was produced back in 2015, so there may be variations depending on the production year. However, I want to emphasize that the bag I received is not the classic puzzle style, but rather the puzzle edge style, which only began in 2021. The stamp on the bag indicates it was made in May 2021. I compared it to an authentic puzzle edge made in June 2021, so there should not be any color difference between the two bags. Additionally, since 2021 was the first season the puzzle edge was made, there should not have been any other similar colors available at that time. The team’s response suggests a lack of knowledge about the brand. Furthermore, it cannot be denied that two other parties have confirmed the bag as a counterfeit, yet LC has not provided a solution thus far.

Original review: I have been waiting for a week without any response from customer service. I’m not sure if I’ve been ghosted. I received a Loewe puzzle bag on 1/2 and noticed some issues that made me question its authenticity. I own several authentic puzzle bags, including one in the same color as the one I bought from LC, which was made in the same season but in a different size. When I compared the bags, I noticed numerous variations in the LC bag compared to my other bags. The LC bag also came with a dust bag with uneven stitches and was sewn differently with different material. I immediately contacted customer service within 1-3 hours of receiving the bag. CS replied the next day (1/3) and promised to investigate and respond within 24 to 48 hours. However, as of now (1/10), I have not received any further communication. I followed up with CS on 1/5 and 1/8 but received no reply. Meanwhile, I sent the bag to a third party for authentication, and they confirmed it is a counterfeit. Yesterday (1/9), I opened a case with PayPal and requested a resolution. I am currently waiting for updates from both LC and PP.

Due to the aforementioned delay, I incurred an additional $80 in customs fees for storage. This could have been avoided had Luxury Closet provided accurate information initially or corrected their mistake promptly.

Furthermore, their policy to declare the full, non-discounted price on customs forms—instead of the actual price paid, which is the norm in many countries—meant that I was charged a significantly higher customs fee. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of thousands of dollars and I want to warn others to stay away from this company.

I ordered a Cavalli shirt in XL size and in good condition, despite some pilling as advertised. However, I received a medium-sized shirt with no label indicating its size. Although it was in excellent condition and appeared unworn, I found this misleading and suspect that the seller never checked the condition or correct sizing of the item. While I was offered a return process, the tight 3-day policy made it impossible as I only managed to check the item on the 6th of April, three days after receiving it. This experience has left me disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again.
